12th annual Dia de los Muertos festival in the Edinburg Arts District. Community altar, folklorico, chalk art, kids zone, vendors, food and live music. Procession at 7 PM from the Museum to City Hall. Pee Wee headlines at 8:40 PM. Free admission ($5 wristband for moon jumps).
